Our system which is highly accurate does not show that your package has entered the mail stream. However, as a courtesy, we would be happy to provide you with your earnings in addition to refunding the buyer as part of our insurance service.

oliverrosedsign I’m hoping they have refunded you and been in touch. I’m also hoping that the package is just temporarily lost and you eventually receive it. I’m so sorry, I’ve never had this happen and I do feel terrible.
