jessicarose7185 Hi Zoey!! I shipped the Aldo bag last week and when I dropped it with my other items being shipped at the shipping store they must have put the labels on the boxes incorrectly. My other buyer just messaged me and she got your bag and she is mailing it back to me tomorrow. As soon as I get it I will send it to you. I am so sorry for this and I am so sorry for the delay. I have noticed Poshmark as well.

jessicarose7185 @zoeyperez0430 I reported it to Poshmark, they said you need to report it as "received the wrong item". Is there anything on the original order where you can select that?

jessicarose7185 @zoeyperez0430 I'm not great with finding stuff on Poshmark but if you cannot figure it out I can try and email or call them directly. If it's too complicated I can just send you the shipping amount and have you ship it back to me (Poshmark doesn't allow me to write the money transfer site lol). It's not that big a deal, it was my stupid fault to begin with 😂 Also, the girl who got your bag, shipped it back to me on Wednesday so hopefully I get it this weekend?? 🤞🤞

jessicarose7185 @zoeyperez0430 That's totally fine. I have been trying to get ahold of Poshmark and they said that the label should have been sent to you by email to send back. If not I will send you the money for shipping. Once I get that package back from you I will refund the bag.
