jenscloset01 @zulema509 Sigh, so sorry to hear you ran into that issue. Posh normally gives sellers a week to ship, and if you have not received any communication from them regarding the delay, you can go to My Closet -> My Purchases, select the order and there should be a dropdown menu that allows you to cancel. If you have issues trying to cancel, you can also just reach out to Posh support and they can assist as well. Hope that helps!
