4wardfashions @zvthompson Hi Zulema,here’s what you do; go to your closet, then to your sales. Find the sold (cancelled) item, then click on ‘Problems/Order Inquiry. That page will have a ‘Mark listing for sale’ click on that. It will immediately remove the sold sign on the item. If you want to delete the listing , just go to edit and then all the way at the bottom it will allow you to delete listing.

I've marked that down, and in an effort to clear out my closet to make room for more items, I've marked down a ton of items. I've having a sale. Get 4 items for $4!!!! It's actually been crazy. 1 lady bought 40 things, another bought 17! I also always run a BOGO 1/2 of anything of equal of lesser value on anything up to $15. And I give 15% off on bundles of 2 or more even on top of the BOGO 1/2 off

But whenever you can get to it. I never complain and I always give 5 Stars. I know how difficult it I to make everyone happy all the time. Thank you

kjeffries68 @zvthompson Thanks! I usually try to wrap everything individually, but with these bigger orders I've been trying to think if a more efficient way. It wastes a lot of tissue paper and time wrapping individual item! I'll at least try to find a cute bag to put things in. I always have my stuff washed before I list it, but it might get kinda old or stale smelling from hanging in the closet. It's all clean though & I like to fold them nicely.
