I’m so sorry for the delay in shipping your Hudson Jeans! My neighbor’s tree fell on the power lines at my house and I’ve been without power since early yesterday morning. Unfortunately I don’t have access to another printer for the address label, but an electrician is fixing it now. I hope to have your item shipped either today or early tomorrow morning. I’m sorry for the inconvenience!

@zublair Not your fault! Have you tried going to Problems/Order Inquiry>Order Not Delivered? I think that’s how posh is notified. I checked the shipping label/confirmation and it shows delivered to your zip on Sat, but I've had issues w/ USPS in the past. I’m going to contact help/support once I get to an actual computer, but unfortunately I think you have to report it as a problem on the app, but if I find out anything different I will let you know ASAP. Thanks!
