kjompedahl @kjw62 Woof Woof! You'll get a smile out of this: My first senior rescue dog (of oh, six or so, now) was a distinguished gentleman, partly Ridgeback. Before he'd been found as a stray, he'd been shot and was blind in one eye, and had the shakes. Not that any of those things got in the way of his enjoyment of life and he was as loyal and sweet a companion as ever was.

It seemed to me at the time if any dog deserved to live the life of Riley, he did, and that's how that came about. AND. Scarlet, elderly labradoodle and kindest girl in the world, and I both find ways to help him figure things out. He's a sturdy little guy and VERY slow and cautious! Wags to Miss Riley! oooxxx

kjompedahl @sarrah If Twyla is anything to go on, wait until they are big enough that they won't mind being nibbled on! She's having to be taught not to nip, the little adorable devil. I think Caleb (son) was around 8 years old, last time I had a puppy. He's 37 now (but still has that little boy inside him thank heaven!). I feel very, very blessed.

Is there a quicker way to follow everybody who has followed me in the last month, except one-by-one? I have not been able to visit Posh in quite awhile and I've got a lot to catch up on. sarrah Love that they are keeping you busy 😃 of course I’m happy to help .. unfortunately there is not a way to follow everyone at once but it’s much easier to follow from a cell phone than a computer. When you use your phone click on my followers and you can scroll all the way down and then click all the blue buttons to follow back. Much easier than the computer. Let me know if this helps. We learned a LOT, hopefully we will never need our newly acquired safety tools but if needed we can solar charge the phone now, which will be an enormous improvement. The power had been off for days so I didn't have any communication or news sources. Now I'm just praying for rain! We are still so so so dry. Twyla sends her wiggly love!
