@bd8111 She’s gorgeous. I need to post pictures of my baby. Once I have posted or my boy Toto who I lost last July and it literally broke my heart. I have Bella now who is 14 months and she has stolen my heart!

@bd8111 I had Coco for almost 20 years! Toto passed unexpectedly and suddenly 10 days before I moved 1,000 miles across the country during Covid to be with family. I went off the rails. I always rescued but I found a breeder and bought Bella. She is my love!

I know the heart loss- I finally realized The Good Lord allowed me to care of his doggies - I have been blessed to have many fur babies. 🙏 for your loss. it looks like you already got another cutie ! I still have a empty place in my heart for a sheltie. sheltie rescue closed here in Texas. we've always had sheltie's and Pomeranian. enjoy your new little baby. happy poshing 🐾 I'😊🙏

I actually tried to rescue another Shih Tzu before I left Palm Beach County but people have started hoarding rescue animals since all this Covid uproar began. When Toto passed, I literally went off the rails. It was 10 days before I left to move across the country and I couldn’t even function. I was lucky enough to find a good breeder here and now my little Bella is the very apple of my eye! (Cont.)

Anyhow I have Chloey on a special diet as she has crystals in her urine. I drive to Westminster to a good vets office. It’s hard to find good vets in my town.

@ahomstrgrdnr it is hard.....read reviews or look around online.....incompetence runs rapid with vets....give your dogs clean bottled water...tap water is nasty everywhere. get the gallons...clean there dish eveyday.....stay away from Banfield vets...they hire anyone

@ahomstrgrdnr Tap water loaded with pestacides,chlorine bacteria,lead ...affects dogs..humans caused this problem with water...have it tested you'll see don't buy distilled water, buy spring water.....if I boil tap water in a black pot I get white residue on the sides of the pot...chemical residue

@bd8111 it took me 2 yrs to open my heart again. Don't give up. It'll happen again. It has to b the right time. Don't rush it. Some people told me to get a new Pup immediately. I couldn't. It hurt too bad.

@bd8111 I'm so sorry. 😪. When Gidget died I ended up in the ER having a panic attack. They thought I had Covid of course. Needed oxygen and was sent home with an Inhaler. I understand. There will never be another Gidget. I'm going to try and love Whiskey just as much, but it'll never be the same 🥲

@bd8111 Yes they do. Gidget was so sweet and stayed right next to me. Whiskey is a boy and is totally different. Not affectionate at all 😏. I'm hoping the older he gets he'll get more lovable ❤️. So that's an issue. You and the pet have bond again.
