jelliotgood I am very sorry that you found the duffel bag to be less than a five star rating. Since I have predominately five star ratings, I would ask that you revise your rating based on the following: the duffel bag was not dirty at all, but rather had stains it would not come out. I tried diligently to clean it and remove the stains.If you find the item not to your liking, I am happy to take it back and issue a full refund. Let me know, and thank you.
