Hi Danah, I'm Barbara you bought my camera. The last time I used this camera was Christmas 2020, it worked fine. I put in a new SD Card, fresh bateries and I couldn't get it to work. I'm sending the camera FREE, and sending to you with my check for $38.00 + $7.95 shipping. I am so sorry Danah, Barb
