_seasnalfaves @pammela55 did you soak the mugs, even just for a few minutes?? Do not soak. Wash inside of mug and just rinse outside lightly and dry immediately. I do mail care instructions with each order. You are the first to have mentioned this to me.

_seasnalfaves @pammela55 Also, in all of my posts i mention that dishwashing is not recommended. Though, I have seen lots of decaled mugs go through the dishwasher with no issues. I leave all stickers on bottom of mugs to make sure buyers know that mug is brand new & never used.

_seasnalfaves @pammela55 was it sitting in the sink with other wet dishes, maybe scrubbed a little too hard with sponge? If it was, that's the issue. All of my mugs I've ever used, will sit on the counter out of the sink, away from the water until I rinse lightly outside and clean inside of the mug. the less water that gets on the face of the mug, the better. Either way, the permanent vinyl should not have come off as long as it was lightly rinsed for a few seconds & dried immediately.
