loucanada Hi there, I received the bag but am a bit disappointed as this looks like the same bag posted on ebay by a "juan in California" for a starting bid of $31 - same marks on the front where the dye/colour has been lifted. I opted to pay more and purchase your bag, not dispute the price because you said the bag was in "excellent" condition. Your poshmark pix did not show the blemishes. Can you help reconcile this for me? many thx.

loucanada Hey Stephanie. Evidently, Poshmark does not allow "partial refunds". (I argued that we had effectively agreed to revert to a "make an offer" scenario.) I do appreciate you trying to make it right. Meanwhile, I get why they don't want to necessarily open Pandora's box. I think I need to just accept that I paid more than I needed to and/or should have and call it a day! Lesson learned (hopefully).
