gorgeousnyc @sun4shine4 I'm confused by the question. Just use the Poshmark label on a USPS PRIORITY MAIL (not Express or flat-rate) unless the item is too heavy then seller must print the option for heavier item label (and I think seller pays difference but I am not sure)

gorgeousnyc @shoegirl6667 . You're the best. I love wool, fur, cashmere, cotton - all are natural and less damaging to landfills than plastic based faux fur. Poshmark is wonderful because it "gives second hand a second chance" as one Posh Ambassador told me when I started. I LOVE the people here, as I am a buyer and a seller :-)

It's very frustrating for me since I always package items same day. Sometimes I buyers receive boxes before they hit the system, I don't know how. I feel helpless since I am diligent about processing each day's order same day and shipping next business day. I too am a buyer and I know this is important

My husband passed away unexpectedly and I obviously mixed up two shipping labels as I was not as focused as usual. I am so sorry. If you would please file a "Order not as described" case on the Poshmark app, they will see your case matching that of the other buyer and hopefully work with us their method to resolve this and get you your correct item.
