lolas_boutique_ @meganrenee94 hi! I am glad you liked the bags. I didn’t remove all of the packaging from the camera bag as I have never had an issue with any of them. I try so hard to keep 5 stars, it’s so bad when a seller gets less than 5. It hurts the status very bad. I am a grandmother of four little ones that live with me and I posh to help support them. I am so very very sorry that the bag was defective and I should have taken it out before send8ng. Lesson learned. Continue.....

lolas_boutique_ @meganrenee94 I am literally in tears over the rating. If you want to send it back I can fix it. I am willing to do whatever I can to try to make this a 5 star rating and a positive love note. I feel terrible that you were unhappy. You can return it as well, or I can fix the camera bag or make a reorder if you send that one back and send you a new one. Would you PLEASE consider changing the review and love note? I am very very truly sorry. I could kick myself for not checking.

That’s the thing I’m so upset with myself about, the one time I don’t then something goes wrong, yes could you just send it back to me and I will see what exactly is wrong and see if I have extra stones or if I could get some, if not I will send it back to the manufacturer and request them send me another. I have never had a defective bag for them but a,ways a first!
