kerri7764 @shanvey1 look in the lower right hand corner of your screen. You should see what looks like a little ID with your wife’s closet name. Click on it (if you don’t see it, hit the back button until you do). Scroll until you see “profile”. Click on it & you’ll see where you can change the gender.

kerri7764 @shanvey1 if you scroll through the different topics. You’ll see “balance. Click on it. Notice the arrow to the right of “redeemable”. Click on it. You can add or edit a bank account, or request a check.
