So posh has it cancelled in my account. But sold on my site. The they have it listed twice. Once sold. Once not sold. I’m going crazy. A lady wants it. So I did an offer to likers it gave the deal to everyone but her. Any ideas as to why ?

The house my parents bought in RC for $17,000 in 1960, then sold in 1992 for about $350,000 is falling apart now, but listed on Zillow for $2.4 MILLION! Unbelievable. So the land alone is worth 141 times what the house and land together cost 60 yrs ago. I'll never be able to retire in CA, which was what I always thought I would do.
