15club @etiennbobo measuring across the waist laying flat is 17”, so closer to 34”s But with the Velcro straps across it will adjust down infinitely to like 28”. There are also belt loops and suspender clips. I’ll add a couple more pictures Selling only as these don’t fit me anymore. I honestly think the price is really fair, but open to flexibility
