However, I countered offered reducing the offer by $1.40($13.00) with the understanding had you accept, t free shipping would be included.

Because the first offered basically fumbled (I spent $5) more than I should have, I am already at a $5 loss. So, If I spend an additional $7 in order to take advantage of your new offer, I will have spent a total $12 more than I intended to.
