Hello, Thank you for visting my shop! I'm a mom of three who works fulltime as a reseller to be at home with my kids. I have a passion for providing for my family and am so grateful for the opportunity to have this as my fulltime job. I love selling current items, vintage, home goods, games, toys, craft items, etc. Seeing how I was a 70's baby, I love vintage items. It brings fond memories of my childhood. The trips to grandma's house, how my mom used to decorate and my favorite...the trips to Hawaii. whoiwasmadetobe @shaelyn_mulder Oh, no worries! I’m glad to help!! In order for both you and the buyer to be protected under Poshmark guidelines, the sale must go through Poshmark. It’s hard because unfortunately there are so many people pulling scams with merchandise. I don’t want to make an assumption that this is what they’re doing. However, it’s good to be careful.

whoiwasmadetobe @shaelyn_mulder Yes, they can. The check could bounce or they could try to refute it later saying they never received their product. Even if you have a tracking number, there’s no proof that you sent the item. I realize you’re probably wanting to get the sale and I understand. Personally, I wouldn’t take the chance at going through with it. There’s a lot of risk. Sorry!!

sonnistephens Thank you , I have a question I have received all 5 star ratings and the other day I got a 2 - because the pants are to small and she said the seam ripped in crotch :( however these are brand new and I put in listing they ran small - it really affected me , in work so hard to make everything as perfect as I can - any suggestions how to deal with a situation like this ?

Unfortunately, there isn’t really anything that you can do since she gave you a rating already and accepted it. As a good business gesture, you can apologize for the inconvenience.

whoiwasmadetobe @sonnistephens Once a buyer accepts an item and leaves a rating, they can’t open a case and request a refund. As well, you don’t have the ability to issue a refund. It may drop you down to a 4.9 star rating, but that’s still really amazing. Some buyers don’t realize what they’re doing. Have you made Ambassador? I hope that helps! I was asking if you’d made ambassador because one of them is specifically for five star Ambassadors. Even if you have a 4.9, you can still participate. There’s a lot of really great tips on brands and different situations that will be really helpful for you. I am still glad to help with anything that you may need though!
