lostinarkansas @lauralaroe I always make offers, unless the price is pretty low. (or its a great deal already and just listed and you are pretty sure someone will snap it up go ahead and purchase) most sellers will make a counter offer. If they automatically decline, I usually say something like "my apologies for the offer, I guess you are firm on the price since you did not counter" or something like that. Happy poshing !
