rebounded @terlingerbrick Happy Friday! When I want to offer free shipping, I lower the price to cover the shipping costs. If you lower the price by 10% or more, Posh will often email the people that have liked the item, with a free shipping offer - so that's a double bonus for your buyer. Hope that helps!

Telling me I must need a bigger size because I'm making up a fake reason to return them. She said there was no pilling when I asked before purchase and there was a good amount of pilling when I received them. I just didn't want you to have the same experience.
