sandermates2 @sgehringer hi Susan. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble. I’m afraid I haven’t sold anyone a Jean jacket. I have two white Chico jean jackets in my closet and one Jag Jean jacket. None have sold. I have also gone back in my sales to check for your name and items sold and I don’t find anything. Check your shipping label if you still have it and that should have a name and return address. If you need additional help let me know and I’ll see what I can do to help you find your seller.
