lisalania @artwork1960 I started using letters to indicate when I listed the items. Hence the A's have been around longer than L's. it helps determine pricing, and helps me know where I am when partying my closet. I have way too many items, lol!

artwork1960 @lisalania Thank you Lisa! I’m doing the same for you. I had surgery on Friday - I’ve been struggling with cancer for the last 5 years. I had a lymph node removed and we hope this will be the end of surgeries for a while. I was blessed to get in before they closed all surgeries down but feel horrid for those folks that have to wait. I know we will feel the impact of the virus personally - financially - emotionally for years to come if not forever.

lisalania @artwork1960 I am sorry to hear of your cancer struggle. My sister who is 65 ish had melanoma as a teenager and was diagnosed 2 years ago with breast cancer. Very troubling times. Hang in there, you will be in my thoughts and prayers. During these troubled times I am trying to not take things for granted. I say " I love you" a lot. I try and enjoy the flowers, and the bright colors. Life is precious and it helps to stay positive! Have a great day.

I’ll pray and send beautiful thoughts and pay it forward in any way to help you and your family Lisa. The reason I brought mine up was to thank you for sharing for me when I couldn’t do it myself. I appreciate you :). Angels come along all the time. Thank you for being an angel to me :)

lisalania @artwork1960. I am not sure about my sister. she went through two horrendous seasons of chemo, then surgery and radiation. She is doing pretty good now. I saw her in Feb. She has some hair again! She dyed it blue and it looks terrific on her. She looks 20 years younger than when I saw her Feb 2019. I have been fortunate health wise.

lisalania @artwork1960 I retired 2 years ago at age 60 after 40+ years of work. I was tired of it! I have been living off of investments, but that has changed severely this past month. I am now considering returning to the work force. I don't want to but may have too.

lisalania What do you like to do for fun? I call myself a fabric artist, lol. I never sewed before retirement, but now I quilt. A lot of different kinds of things. Collage, and wall hangings as well as bedding. I love fabric, and what else do you do with stuff that does not sell on Poshmark? You cut it up and make new things. I love colors and texture, animals, travel, the ocean. Sunsets and walks in the park, with my camera always ready.

artwork1960 @lisalania I do a lot of yoga and am part of a wellness group - yoga - meditation - herbs. I thrift and live to dress myself and others. I miss being at work and wearing all my cool stuff! I started thrifting as a kid with my mom and aunties. My grandmas were fashionistas too so I still have a lot of their stuff. I wish I was crafty! I live needlework like you do as well!

artwork1960 @karieclark Hi Karie! I went online and googled How to sell on Poshmark and read a lot about it. I was off work last summer and wanted to try it. I set up an account and started posting items. For items under $15 they keep 2.95..

artwork1960 @karieclark For items over $15 they take 20%. I learned quick to try and bundle or only sell vintage (which I love) or nicer items. I see some icky stuff posted for 5 bucks. I don’t see the point! Also you’ll get some outright silly offers, I had to swallow my pride and just decline - or decide if I just wanted to part with something to get rid of it. To make a living on posh is almost impossible.

artwork1960 @karieclark don’t update every day or do all the parties - never saw return on that. But if you like to shop and have nice things it’s great way to make some pocket money :). Let me know if you have specific questions. But I’d go on and load a few items and share them! Take good pics and list accurate measurements :)
