style_by_gigi Hi guys, I really like your closet. I became a Posh Ambassador fairly recently and I had a question. Do you ever get buyers with little to no information who don’t respond to messages/updates and then take the full 3 days (not releasing funds) and finally don’t even leave a comment or give a rating? I’m asking because it has happened to me several times & I’m wondering if there are bogus accounts. You look like nice people so I figured I’d ask. Thanks so much 😊

vintrofunk @style_by_gigi hey! congrats on being a posh ambassador! hmmm, i guesstimate that prob 50-60% of orders usually take no action once an item is received, so many of our orders we just have to wait it out for the funds. another guesstimate is maybe 20- 30% of all orders leave a review/comment on the review. I think both of those are pretty common to experience. we don't usually message buyers (we just rely on the messages that poshmark sends once an item ships, etc....)

vintrofunk @style_by_gigi ok, so I was way off on the percentage that leave a review, lol. just checked our stats and more like 60% have left a review. usually a review is just a star rating (meaning not a lot leave a comment with their rating).

I guess I am more of a hands-on seller, where I like to send personal messages (ie Thanks so much for your purchase. It will be shipped tomorrow). Usually people are responsive, but there have been some weird ones lately. Anyway, thanks for writing back!
