ashsiegs @court_b_finds Thank you. I am finding we are struggling with sales. We have potential customers who follow us and like our listing but we are not getting offers. I have lowered prices. I do add my items are coming from a smoke household. My daughter's house smoke free. Could that be the reason? Could you look at our store and give some feedback as to what we could do better to increase sales? I feel my prices are very fair but interested in your thoughts. Thank you.

court_b_finds @ashsiegs Hi! I took a look at your closet...photos look good and prices look fair. Sometimes it takes a while for the right buyer to find your items. Also, are you sharing your entire closet 2-3x per day? That really helps increase visibility. It helps to have brands in your closet that are in high demand and have good resale value. It will attract people to your closet. 😊

ashsiegs @court_b_finds WOW! Thank you for such a fast response. How do we share the closet multiple times per day? Also I've read that if someone likes your listing you should offer a discount to sell an item. Is that something you do? I'm trying to read all the Poshmark rules, tips, etc but still learning as we go.

court_b_finds @ashsiegs To share your closet, you have to share each item individually. It takes time but it does help! Some people do an “offer to Likers” each time someone likes an item (this is what I do). Some people do offer to Likers on every item once a week. It just depends on what your strategy is. Totally up to you.

pari616 I ordered the merona blazer from you and received a cigarette smoke filled pair of American Eagle over worn faded black pants. I am so disappointed! I would like to know the reason for being deceived. I am a Posher, and I couldn't imagine a person stealing here. for $13.00.

pari616 I need a refund for not receiving my order. I am so unhappy with the transaction; you get my money and shipping, while I get deceived. this is unacceptable!! I demand a refund. the cigarette smoke filled worn out faded black jeans are not what I ordered.

ashsiegs @pari616 Hello. I'm very sorry you received the wrong item. I had someone purchase an AE size 14 black jeans. (noted in all desc.this is not a smoke free home). It appears I made an error in labeling the boxes. So your blazer must have gone to another customer. I had sent 5 packages out that day. It was an error, not a theft. It saddens me that your first impression was this was "stealing" from you. Please report to cancel with Poshmark for receiving wrong item and you will get a full refund.

pari616 @ashsiegs you may be struggling with sales due to the fact you do not follow through with the correct purchase. Wrong item sent . I was looking forward to my blazer, but was very disappointed to find a pair of over worn cigarette smoked filled faded black jeans. what am I suppose to do with this. amongst all that, you included a "thank you" card apologizing for delayed shipping. ashsiegs @pari616 Yes we put thank you cards in with all our purchases to show appreciation. On Posh mistakes are made. You can go to your purchases and not accept the item stating you received wrong item. You will be fully refunded and also get a postage label so you can return the item to me. Yes the card was signed by Heather/Ashley S. We are mother/daughter sellers? Again I apologize for my error.

ashsiegs @pari616 I just explained how you can handle this on Poshmark. Please take a moment to get familiar with Poshmark policies. You would never be expected to keep an incorrect item shipped to you! You will absolutely be 100% refunded but the jeans also need to be returned at no expense to you. Should I receive the blazer I will return in to my stock as I prefer to not do business with someone so quick to call me a thief and be so unforgiving for a mistake.

pari616 I would never send items out that reach the consumer with cigarette smoke. Yes, I did understand that was not a smoke free home, but didn't assume the smell would come along with the merch. To be active on Poshmark on a regular basis, you should always check before sending out a product. After the scent of the black pants, I wouldn't want the balzer. I had the understanding the blazer would be washed before delivery. If you were aware of the mistake, it took me pointing the error out to you.

Poshmark has a "received wrong item" option to select so I am clearly not the only seller to make this mistake. My rating on Poshmark is almost 100%. court_b_finds @ashsiegs Hi! If you go into “seller tools” you’ll find both your sales report and your inventory report. You will want both of those for the year 2020. You can set the date ranges you want. Also, if you’ve kept track of your business expenses (inventory purchases, office supplies, mileage, equipment purchased, etc), you will want take those as well.
