sbphillips12 It is neat, I did my DNA also, it is a little overwhelming on what to implement. I need to lost about 50 lbs. and thinking about going low carb/keto to try to get some weight off. I have a business Southern Blessed that I started and buy wholesale. I have not done much with it and need to get going on selling these items to pay this credit card off. Lol.
