the_raven_quoth @rl0257 hi. I believe this is the process we are supposed to complete for a refund. It is very clean. However, it definitely should have 2 more buttons and it is not Anthropologie. It is urban outfitters. I don’t dispute you received it this way, but I do not believe the jacket is supposed to look this way. I would like a refund.

the_raven_quoth Hi. It’s a wee bit complicated to teach you how to use the app without showing you. I’m sorry. There is a tutorial. I mainly just take pics of my clothes and use Picsart to place the photos how I want and put a border around it using the “fit” button and screenshot the finished product.

the_raven_quoth I then use that as my first picture on poshmark. It’s just a uniformed and salient way to give the buyer a thorough picture of my items while browsing or searching for a particular article of clothes. Hope I was of help. Best.

the_raven_quoth @lucasleigh I love them! I always take a picture of the bottom, so buyers can see for themselves. In my opinion, they are much better than most duck boots or rain boots, but they are not better than hiking boots. It depends for what you need them. I use them in the rain and snow to walk my dog and I haven’t fell or slipped yet, and I live in New England lol! Hope this helps.
