velvethart @gvaladez5280 Hi! I believe the easiest way is to go to the page in the app that gives you all of your options such as ‘my closet’ ‘my likes’ and select ‘my purchases’. Select that and then select my item. There should be a place there to accept your purchase. It’s been a while since I purchased but I’m pretty sure that’s correct. :)

It will need to be resolved between the two of us. If you can send the boots back I can send you a refund. I can't refund return shipping but I can refund all of your original costs. Again, I'm so sorry, I really thought they were quality boots! ☹️
