She said the Birmingham post office is working at 35% capacity and is pushing mail through as fast as possible. She said that she imagines NY is at the same rate if not lower. I am going to submit a missing mail claim just to make sure it's not really missing (per Tracy at my post office and I can give you her number if you would like to verify) but she feels like it really is on the way, just delayed.
