Hi! We are Trish and Jim. Thank you for stopping by. Our personalities are a bit quirky and we love to have Fun. Trish is retired from the Medical field and Jim, a Marine has been a successful Chef for many years. He retired from that career and worked as a director for several Assistant Living Facilities here on the East Coast.
