kellienoe @baghoard I see. We had to the purple one but it was not a huge deal. My daughter in law loves the bag and googled the paint. I think it’s the one I purchased from you. I’ve only gotten two bags and I think both have been from you. Thanks so much for the information. I don’t want to seem untrusting but I’ve had a few bumps in the road that’s cost me a pretty penny. shanatims1234 @baghoard I do not smoke and no one I. My family does as well. I mentioned the hair on the red insert that I didn’t have time to clean. It is made of felt which picks up everything. The stains in the bottom were from previous owner. I took photo of stain as well. ????????? Send the bag back. I will pay for shipping. This is crazy!

letitavi Hello! You just purchased the GST tote from me. I just realized the card I showd in the oicture is from another chanel bag I have. The authenticity tag and sticker inside the bag is in perfect condition. Would that be a problem? I can’t send that card (the envelope and booklet I can send) as it belongs to another bag and I’ve scoured my closet and can’t find the card for the gst. Please let me know if that is a problem.
