carlsonduo @pilotgirlyv 😠u sent used items not NWT. I paid $40 for NWT items not USED almost gone items. I find this utterly disgusting and unacceptable behavior from another posher. Please let me know as soon as u see the pictures that I sent posh so I can remove them from my closet.😠

The Internet sadly has a different standard for civility, but I am trying to handle this like a civil, professional adult. pilotgirlyv With regard to the dry shampoos that came in the set with the shower cap, I bought that as a set within the last two months from Birchbox.com. Since it was a set, as stated in the description, of course the individual items were not tagged. As for the OUAI item, I never opened it and I believe it was also from Birchbox around the time I bought the Set referenced above. I probably even have the receipts, which I am happy to provide to Poshmark to defend myself.

pilotgirlyv [Disregard my last entry.] Really, I just want to find a way to work with you to fix any actual issues there are here. It appears that one of the two OUAI items was not full, which I couldn't see since I didn't hold it up to a light and it is not clear from looking at the white container, but I do agree with you that it is unacceptable and I will start holding things this like that the light, so that helps for the future, which I appreciate.

pilotgirlyv With the Davroe item, that just looks like a lot of items, cosmetics and many other products that ship with with some leeway for expansion during travel. I will be submitting my "evidence" to Poshmark and let them know that the minute you (or anybody else) received and opened the items it created a hygiene issue, which renders them used and unsellable. Do you want to return just the $10 set of 4 items since that appears to be the main problem?

carlsonduo I shouldn't have to go to u. I am not a mean person just the opposite. If Sephora was trying to sell me used items that they say r new, I would talk to them this way. It's not acceptable behavior. It's just so said bc when I first started I got burned so bad by bad poshers but didn't have a clue what I was doing. U knew the items were used, I am in awe how u think this is ok.

Funny thing is u even taped the liquid items, I just happen to check them bc I shook the dry shampoos and they were half full. Please let me know if u have seen the pics so I can delete the listing!! carlsonduo @pilotgirlyv I'm sorry, u can provide Poshmark whatever receipts u want, I have the products that I haven't opened bc u have them taped. The dry shampoos are half full. That was my first complaint. They r not NWT. I just happen to pick the liquids up and was wowed again. So I did hold it up to the light. That is when I wrote posh the second email.

carlsonduo @pilotgirlyv . U asked what was wrong, I told u. When u taped the items u could feel how light they r. There's no way u couldn't. I requested it all be sent back to u for a full refund. It would be an issue if I opened new items but the items u sent me were clearly not NWT so that defense should me mute. This is not right and it shouldn't happen, period.

pilotgirlyv @carlsonduo You are free to remove whatever you want from your closet (at any time, as it is your closet.) I submitted all my proof to Poshmark and why don't we just wait for them to decide. Please stop making accusations and maligning my character on my page. It is hurtful, and misdirected. Stop posting to my page and just wait for Poshmark to decide if you have any grounds upon which to base your request for a return. See, we are done.

carlsonduo @pilotgirlyv I have received an email from Posh and they have approved the return of all items for a full refund. They agreed with me that the items u said were NWT were not new, but used. I will mail this order out today and will videotape me packing it up for Posh. Thanks so much. Amber😊😊😊

pilotgirlyv @carlsonduo Good Morning, I received an email from Poshmark as well, and the reason Poshmark is allowing your return is stated as "Poshmark does not support the sale of hair tools or products." It also specifically states that they do not believe there was deliberate wrongdoing on my part. Stop posting misleading and slanderous remarks in my page. Move on. Which products did you open/test/use? I need to know so I can deal with them accordingly. Thank you.

pilotgirlyv Poshmark did NOT state that they agree with you or that I sold used products. Lying and questioning my integrity based on paranoid suppositions is bad enough, but now you are lying about what Poshmark said and why they are allowing you to return your items! You are the customer, I assumed you would be allowed to return the items - that is just basic customer service. I defended myself because your allegations and attacks on my character are untrue and hurtful.

soulunaty First, I want to say you have an amazing closet. I could certainly spend all of my money with you. I too am an attorney but will need to take on a lot more clients to buy what I want. I wanted to let you know that after reading the posts from both you and the buyer, it is obvious that this was NOT the forum to discuss such issues. You can ask posh to remove the comments as they could cause you to lose buyers. As you are aware it is a dangerous path to slander someone.

marikoday Ps, it's none of my business, but I happened to read the exchange above. It would not deter me from doing business with you. In fact, its the opposite. You were incredibly professional and responded exactly how I would hope someone would if I had an issue with something I bought. It also was very clear that hygiene is very important to you, which is something I would if I was buying makeup from posh, which I am leery of.
