ninaville (cont) sorry character limitation: Downside... There will be a few that will try to negotiate on your listing thread (i.e. what is your lowest, trade?, can you email add'l pictures, or sell on another site, etc). I encourage the "offer button" as the primary negotiating too. Also, I never communicate or transact outside of PM. Hope that helps!

My first instinct is to always accept any return no matter the situation because I want my buyers to be happy with their purchase. Also, I feel helpless with the return process.. I will take your advice on joining the parties!
