reevesrachel52 Hey Devon, I have NEVER had to do this 😥 but I wanted to recheck your order before I boxed it up. When I plugged it in it wasn't doing anything. I thought it may even even be the outlet so I switched them and still it wasn't working. It's brand new and was working great when I tested it to be listed. I'm so sorry, so I had to cancel the order. There was no way I was going to send you a default item. I really apologize. I messed around with it for about 20 minutes.
