darlingdottie @sebq I’m in my upper 30s & I’m only 4’9” haha! Im very surprised I didn’t age a ton in the last few years. Ive had some extremely rare health issues & diseases happen back to back. Almost died a couple of times, had a stroke, went completely paralyzed twice, & much more. Learning how to speak, write, read, wash my hair, walk, stand, etc. was one of the most grueling experiences of my life. But getting pissed wasn’t going to get me any better so I just laugh at myself & joke as much as I can.

darlingdottie @sebq Age is just a number...all in your attitude & how you live life. My family always said I came out an adult, I hated cartoons & watched Golden Age of Hollywood movies & shows. I never spoke like a child. Always had to be in a dress. Always had to be center of attention and I grew up a performer (so I’d definitely be Lucy!) Basically I came out exactly who I am haha.

My daughter has twin boys sndcrught away you could tell one was a very old soul and had led many lives but the other is just a typical little boy and like he’s here for probably the first time. It’s amazing but I truly believe some of us have been here many times b4. You sound like you are for sure an old soul. My daughter was like you and I always was amazed at the things she would say. sebq Just read about your health. Wow, that’s a lot for so young. I’m a Registered Nurse and presently my husband is waiting on a heart donor for a transplant so I know what going thru hell is. If you go to my closet you will see him. He is my life. Was playing for Miami Dolphins when we met and now needs a new heart. Go figure.

darlingdottie @sebq I’d absolutely love to go back to school to become a nurse. Perhaps one day...but my brain is so damaged currently. The nurses in the hospital are incredible, they are the ones who really deserve doctor pay! With everything I have been through, I feel I could really relate to patients in a unique and special way. When I was taken to the hospital the very first time, I wasn’t getting enough oxygen to my brain for some time. That combined with the treatment I received, which was so so...

darlingdottie @sebq So not getting enough oxygen to my brain for a while, then the week it took them to diagnose me, during that time I was circling the drain and my family was told I had hours to a day to live. When they figured out what was wrong with me they rushed me into treatment which was everyday, 4 hours a day for 3+weeks. It was immensely painful and very hard on my body. My stroke was due to a combo of my treatments, my rare disease plus the lack of oxygen to my brain.

darlingdottie @sebq Girrlllll I wish my skin was au naturale! 1st of all I hate the sun. I avoid it at all costs. I’ve been that way since I was a little gal. So I use Dermalogica Age Smart Dynamic Skin Recovery followed by IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Redness Correcting Cream after Too Faced Primed & Poreless powder (which is what makes my skin look silky and even looking, after I use Mac Studio Fix Powder Foundation, usually a yellow setting powder if I still have redness.

sebq My husband was born with something called WPW, (Wolfe Parkinson White) . When we met his parents told me the WPW was cured by prayer. I’m all for prayer and believe in God but the first time I saw him have an episode I went to them and told them he’s NOT CURED WHICH IS WHY GOD INVENTED DRS. WPW causes your heart rate to go all of sudden from normal sinus rhythm rhythm to almost 300 beats per minute.

As soon as we got there and they hooked him up his heart went back to normal so the ER dr said I was crazy and he did not have WPW. Right now he is a 4 on the Transplant list but the IV is keeping him stable so despite that they are fighting to keep him at a 4. Cont

sebq His heart is so damaged that without the IV Med he would die. He wears a pump around his waist and must wear a surgical mask wherever we go so he doesn’t catch any germs. Bcuz of his size he needs a donor about 6’ 8” bcuz his chest cavity is so enlarged and his rare blood type means that his donor doesn’t come along everyday so he needs the meds until one is found. His outlook is great but it wears on both of us. Cont

sebq The brain can regenerate depending on diagnoses and what and how much damage was done. When did all of this happen? I always worked in the hospital. Very few drs offices need RN’s and the few that do I think would have bored me. I taught nurses the 3 day review that we’re waiting to take their state boards which I love teaching.
