Be confident making a purchase from my closet: I have sold over 175 listings with a 4.9 average rating. Smoke and pet-free home. Almost always reuse packaging. I have a Poshmark closet (in addition to being a college professor and having 3 young kids 😀) as a mean to help the environment and to rotate the kids’ clothes. I am not a professional, I try to describe listings as best as possible and will gladly answer questions and/or provide aditionnal pictures, on demand. I usually ship within 2 days. forestthrutrees @gigenevieve @gigenevieve Hey girl it’s natural to be worried yes the one thing is you’re covered by posh but first go to their closet read there about the posher and go down and read any comments that are down there that will give you a good idea if they’ve done something that you didn’t like. Also go to the at the top of the page of the closet and click about and look down and

forestthrutrees if they’ve given any love notes or if they purchased anything before and see what all that says if you don’t see negative comments you’re pretty good. You can also for your own safety take out a little extra insurance on your package you can take it to the post office before you send it out and add extra insurance to it.

gigenevieve @forestthrutrees There is nothing on the account... plus it’s a fake profile pict. I have added « not for sale » to the listing for now. Since eveything is going great on Poshmark so far, I will stick to lower priced items and if at some point I feel confident in selling (priority mail with insurance) I will put the listing back for sale... Can you request selling an item only to active posher? Thanks so much for your help! Really appreciated. 👍🏻😃

forestthrutrees @gigenevieve hey sorry I just saw these last comments. And no, buying from a new posher is not a bad idea. If the item is over $400.00 PoshMark authenticates it. And that gives you a little wiggle room. You can’t go into this thinking everyone might try to scam you, not that you are, if you feel that way it will drive you crazy.
