Thanks for stopping by! I'm Laura. My husband and I live in Milwaukee, WI, but I'm an east coast girl from Philadelphia. I adore clothes and shoes, own 33 cardigans (eek!), work in communications, and concoct new ways to fit more in my real closet every day! When I'm not working or with family or friends, you can probably find me at barre class, reading a good book, cuddling with my adorable rescue dog, Walter, or FaceTiming my nephew, August, a D.C. toddler. I can't wait to meet you!

lauradamon @mstoute I personally do not believe they run small. The only way I was able to wear them is with socks (hidden by jeans). I know buying shoes in general can be tricky! I wish id bought these in a 5.5.

lauradamon @t_franch would you consider taking anything lower than $25 for those Sole Society Hadleys? I bought a pair on the website that were too big for me too and I'm trying to offset the shipping if I can cause it ends up being a little more than I wanted to pay. I was hoping when the price just dropped it would have 2.99 shipping! 😏

jendex Hi Laura! Haha, I'm not trying to make a profit - I'm not sure that's even possible on here! (Maybe w/wholesale?) Though it's of course nice when something makes up a little for all the losses assoc. w/online shopping. I debated keeping them for a while - plus I buy things on here WAY too much - so I don't remember what I paid, but can definitely look back.

jendex I just priced them as what I thought they were worth with negotiating room as I've learned that I usually end up dropping the price when something doesn’t sell for a while and that people like to negotiate no matter what you list something for. :)

lauradamon @jendex well if you would take $22 for them, I'd certainly buy them. I'd love to wait til there is a discounted shipping deal (since I feel like they are every other day lately). I've wanted some blue Minnies but they just don't hold up quite well enough to put $90 into them retail.

jendex Definitely - that works for me! Just let me know as I often miss the announcements in my email. I have been really wanting a blue pair as well, but am thinking I might go with a pair of Dannies from ebay (they're sold out in a lot of sizes online). Have you tried them? I got a black pair and love them (though not as much as my Minnies that fit)! The Dannies seem pretty TTS, which is helpful. :)

You did get me looking back through the sale though. Was wondering if you've tried the Reese pant? As for the Minnies, I've always worn a 2, but I've only ever bought the wool version so I'm thinking they may be slightly more fitted than the cotton twill?

jendex Yes! Will do now. Also, thanks so much for pointing out the Marties. I did an image search and they are super cute styled a bunch of different ways (sometimes I have a hard time telling if things on the website will be too difficult to dress down). I'm definitely going to hold off and try them on in a store now! The Dannies are great that way - you can easily wear them to work and on the weekend. I think you'll like them!

And I love the Minnies the most because they are the skinniest leg but hate that they aren't machine washable (though I still do because I'm bad and my dry cleaner said I can!). jendex Haha - you're so cute! I will find you on Instgram as I'm a derelict Facebooker who hasn't even signed on in months. The Dannies are machine washable which is convenient. I still prefer the Minnie a bit because they're so classic looking, but yes, the care is annoying (and I usually start washing mine after I've had them for a while as well).
