magdah89 They sell books on their website and the book has weekly grocery lists, recipes, exercises, and everything you need to know! And there are so many girls doing it in IG and they encourage and support one another. It's worth it! The first book is the 28dayjumpstart I think it's $30 they have coupons somethings so you might end up paying less. They just started a challenge on 9/14 but you can start whenever you want to! @craysexycool
