reesereal Hi Nancy, I’m so sorry the football mama cap hasn’t arrived yet. I shipped it the day you ordered on Nov. 21st. I can’t imagine why the post office is taking so long. I emailed Poshmark but they told me to give it until Dec. 5th. I just wanted to let you know I am monitoring it. I apologize again.

nacramir @veronicakk I don’t think ratings can be changed and I do think it’s important that every purchase from your customers is carefully wrapped for them. The way that the post office handles packages, you never know how they will arrive to your customer. And, of course, the “thank you” is a nice, courteous manner of showing your appreciation of their purchase. I guarantee it does wonders for repeat customers! 🌹
