jewelsie @tallposhblonde hi hunny I just saw the rate it had a liner. I think my son peeled it off. It is new the tags are attached. Would you reconsider the rate. I honestly know he peeled it off. He’s a toddler and I told him it was not a sticker and I bet he took it off before I wrapped it. 🙈
