@maira2190 @juliera so I sold a dress to this girl. When she gets the item, she never rated it. So just after 3 days fees released to me. I get a rating this morning of 4 stars, which all my ratings are 5. So she writes in the rating, "when I washed it, it shrunk massively. Luckily the straps saved it and it's still a dress." How is it my fault that she didn't read the tag. I sent EXACTLY what was described a bad rating because SHE messed t up. Is that fair?

😢that's definitely not fair in my opinion because if the item arrived as described. And she messed it up by washing it in a inappropriate way then that will be her fault not yours. What you can do is send an email to poshmark support and hope they can do something about that rating. 💕🌷❤️ So Sorry to hear about this hope you can get it fixed👍🏻💕

Ask them if you can get her rating removed or changed to 5 Star. Because she gave you an unfair rating for it, and if you can send them a picture of the comment she left on the rating. 💕🌷😉👍🏻

@maira2190 I'll be so upset if they don't delete it. Like that is so unfair. ALL my items are described to a tee. I wrap my items PERFECTLY, with tissue and a ribbon. Then add a few free gifts. Which in this case, she got mints, a thank you note, a pen, and a cup. Like come on. It's not my fault you washed it incorrectly... And I wanted to find a way to say something to her to have her change it, but I can't because I know it will come out nasty.

Yes let's hope so! 💕 that is really sad, you should send posh pictures on how you sent the item, and the way you wrap your items. It will get me upset if someone did that to me to. But the best way to take care of it is through Posh Support💕🌷😉 Wishing you the best of luck PFF 👍🏻

Yours so much harder, but I am still working hard a recovering from an auto accident in 2009. It's been slow but steady!! Love your puppy dogs! I have three as well and never would have made it without them and family! Great meeting you!!

I'm fortunately so much better but it's just crazy how life has to be put on complete hold. It happened the week after I graduated high school and my surgery was a couple days after I was supposed to start college. So it was just HARD! But all things will be better for the both of us!
