kimsgurl143 But I wanted to ask you, as I do everyone that's said they've lose wait,i guess hoping to find sumone that's battled the war I'm in,but if it's not too personal,could you tell me how you lose weight.i need so bad to change my eating,i don't eat alot but what I eat probly ant right,but the exercise is wht iv gotta get goin&keep it up. It's as with any one,sumin I want to do real bad,but my body aches with every move&the fatigue is exhausting.

kimsgurl143 It's sumin I have to do not so much for myself,but for my only granddaughter that iv raised from birth to 11yrs,me&pawpaw are the only ones she's ever trusted, so to loose one of us would devastate her life terribly. shelbell76 @kimsgurl143 im so sorry been very sick and in the hospital having panic attacks is no fun. I have dropped soda completely out of my life. I have taught myself to eat 3 meals a day when I was skipping meals thinking I was gonna loose weight and in actual reality it was hurting me. And honestly I just pushed the plate away from seconds and small pot portions best thing I have ever done for myself.

shelbell76 @kimsgurl143 I also have fibromyalgia so don't get out and move as much as most people so I'm making myself do one small walk a day and believe me it's small but more then I did. I hope this helps sweetie I completely understand. Much love posh friend❤️

kimsgurl143 @shelbell76 yes, Michelle that's exactly why plus alil more is why I'm wher I'm at in life. First if all,im a young gma,had my 1st boy at 15,hes my preacher,and then I'm straddled bc my baby boy got influenced deeply at a young age and has hustled drugs most his life. But stress is the biggest part of my life,and I no all to well what panic attacks are all about.i too also have fibre but thts one of my least problems except for the fatigue.

shelbell76 @kimsgurl143 oh my goodness I'm so sorry to hear that!! My oldest is 15 and already stands 6'5 and the girls fall at his feet it's my biggest worry. We are from a very small town in Mo. And he's a hometown football boy corn fed lol!

kimsgurl143 I have stenosis in my whole spine,7 bulged disc so far iv gotta go not wk to see what more is goin on with it.renal failure& the list goes on,but my main problem is I'm only 5ft,and my weight is hitting 200.Thats BAD! AS I now take care of my only sis thts just had a stroke bk n April,&a heart attack 3 yrs ago all from diabetics, so the doc saz,and thts wht I'm tryin to keep from goin ovr the line too.thyroid issues,hbp.just a host of problems tht all could be help if I could loose weight.

shelbell76 @kimsgurl143 the fatigue just kills me I feel like a shut in 99%of my life. My youngest is 12 and I'm scared what will happen when they do leave the nest. What will make me get up and go that 1% off the time. I pray for you my dear much love my way

kimsgurl143 But Anywaz I guess thers no one solution for every person,i hav and always hav had a very terrible appetite,and not eating wht I want bc of my appetite,is almost nauseating.but I guess il hav to learn to eat what needed&do the walk-in til we get our pool built. kimsgurl143 @shelbell76 yea,you rest sweetie,you so need it. Panic cn take alot outa a person,i stil struggle with anxiety&hav fought off thankfully thru my faith in God delivering me bk in 09 from depression and panic but it doesn't mean that we won't have the fight to continue to keep our faith grounded,but I'm sure&fixon to do sumin about it, tht my anxiety is a side effect of my chronic pain meds. So anyway thank you so much for ur kind words of encouragement &
