mommylo96 @_liaailani thank you for welcoming me to the Poshmark Community. I am excited to see what poshmark sales and buys can offer. I have a question. When a person expresses interest in an item that I’ve listed and requests to communicate outside of Poshmark and through personal email, do you advise acknowledging the communication via personal email or should it be confined to only the Poshmark site? What is the poshmark etiquette for dealing with situations like this?

mdpaulk1967 I am still new to buying off of Poshmark but wanted to give some feedback. The recent coach purse tote I purchased was imaged as a light blue tote. When I received it the color was clearly off white/beige. I went back to the description and did find in the last line it had "white" but definitely was not pictured correctly representing that. Thanks

mommylo96 @mdpaulk1967 Thanks for feedback. I’m sorry you’re not satisfied with the purchase. Sadly, I don’t have a professional studio / camera. I understand that home lighting may present a different color in photos. However, as you pointed out, the actual color was indicated in the description. If you wish to return, there’s pls refer to FAQ link. I’ve never done a return, nor have I had anyone return an item, so I’m unfamiliar with the steps. Pls contact support team for guidance if needed.

mommylo96 @mdpaulk1967 thanks for the update. When posting, I take multiple photo angles to offer clarity about the item. For this purse, I displayed 6 photos. I appreciate your feedback. It is helping me improve my posting process. Moving forward, I am adding a disclosure statement that indoor home lighting may make item appear a different color, refer to the description for actual color of item, and will welcome any questions about the product. Thanks again for your feedback.
