justbechic @chat3388 on the IPhone you select square in your camera settings, where it gives you the choice of video, photo, square.You can also just add photos using the camera on your phone as you post through the Poshmark app and they will be the correct size and ratio. Hope that helps! ✨😀✨Beth

donnastreasures @chat3388 There's no way to leave a private message. For sharing, what you do is select the item you want to share then click on the upper right icon from there a pulldown menu will show and you select share.

I don't know what metals this item is. She bought with another item. Then cancelled that item . Now she wants to talk on tel. I am busy have guests. Told her if she has doubts don't buy it. donnastreasures @chat3388 Nickel is the most common allergen. I have a nickel allergy to so I can understand that, but she's crossing way over the line with you. You did right by telling her she has doubts not to buy it. Refuse to go in to it any further with her. Don't give out any of your information to her. Tell her that it would be best if she not buy it. If you don't have any transactions with her block her to protect yourself. What she's doing sounds very suspicious.

I ordered two rings under the impression they were real gold based on comments and from what I can see on the pics for one of the items.

cmbillick1981 @donnastreasures Since then we have been playing posh tag and I started seeing there was a large amount of lost in translation going on so I thought maybe we needed to verbally speak so we could maybe then understand what the concern was and how to fix it. I believe I understand what is going on with one ring and that it is not 18kt like seller originally said it was but instead it is costume so I don't want to get that one.

I suggest sending both the buyer, and Poshmark a message reguarding the mix-up, they wlll investigate, then send her a return shipping label. If that doesn't work, keep up the dialog with Poshmark and they'll make things right 😊 Good Luck!!!

gracefulginger @chat3388 Go to their closet, and send them a message under their; "Meet Your Posher" picture. Just click on "Comment" and go. You only get so many characters to message, so you may have to send more than one comment, but she can always put "Return to Sender" on the box.

fashnminx Hello lovely Posher. I have one more question. How long after an Offer has been made does the bundle expire? For example, Posh always sends me a note when I need to reply to an offer or when a bundle will expire as I am the seller. I made an offer to a buyer. 3 or 4 days ago on a bundle. She did not respond. I want to make an edit on one of the listings but wouldn’t want to alter anything if the bundle is active. Sent her a note. No reply. Any ideas?

chat3388 @secondchanceswi I checked with my jeweler. He said it could be sized but has to be done by a professional due to the delicate ring. Also it is not recommended to go more than 2 sizes larger!. Since I bought this at an Estate sale ! That’s all I can tell you! I can reduce this if you’re interested! Hope this helps 🌹Kat
