mogiep @michellerust420 Hello Michelle. I am sorry but I am going to have to cancel your order for the beach bag. I went to package it last evening and noticed a large black stain on the bottom. I had moved my poshroom around a bit last month and it was sitting on top of a ink pen. Again, I am very sorry about this!

liamdog I have tried to contact you through a purchase I made of a Kashwere robe back in April. It was meant to be a gift for my sister, who loved mine. You had it listed as NWT, but when I went to wrap it found an embroidered monogram from the Peninsula Spa on the chest. It was also shortened from it's retail length. I offered it for her birthday last month but understandably she declined. Can we resolve this? I cannot reposh since it is neither new nor authentic. Thanks!
