Mid century UFO touch lamp

A retro mushroom/UFO touch lamp, appears to be vintage - my guess is late 80s/early 90s. Has three light settings, all are pretty soft (doesn't have a lot of light output). Works really nicely on a bedside table. Would describe this as mid century modern/space age vibes. Has a couple small chips/scratches consistent with age, and could use a dusting, but otherwise no flaws to note.
