This is a dress from a brand called Mihang. It's 100% polyester, and machine washable. It's tailored by Sam Noah, made in Korea and a size 8. If I had to guess, I would date it at the early-to-mid-80s based on the style and where things were being made back then before being shipped to North America. All measurements are approximate.
