Milk It Vintage Blue Floral Fabric Shift Dress with tear drop cutout sz M

This dress uses repurposed vintage fabric. Though this piece has a simple silhouette, the floral fabric and tear drop cutout at the chest make for a one-of-a-kind look. Beautiful, deep blue with florals in pinks, white, and green. The dress has a relaxed drape and would fit a size 6-8. The length hits lower mid-thigh, so is not too mini (I am 5'5 for reference). Lightly worn, but in like-new condition.
