Mimosa Silk Layered Dress

This is a lovely blue patterned silk dress with flutter layers of silk. There is a side tie on the left side that you can use or just leave as another flutter layer. Adjustable Straps,lined, size 8 see measurements. Dress fits small, closer to a six. Both shoulder straps have been repaired but could be better.
