Misa Los Angeles maxi dress in excellent used condition. Viscose and made in USA. Wear neckline normally or off the shoulder. Shirred, smocked neckline and waist make it very stretchy, although it feels tight enough on me so I don't think it would stretch to a Medium. Chiffon sleeves.
