This Monsoon girls' formal dress, size 7-8 years, features a dark blue 100% polyester fabric with a silk like finish feel and an all-over lighter floral pattern. It has a square neckline, wide shoulder straps, and a pleated bodice. A pleated waist band with an attached tie-back sash accentuates the A-line skirt. The dress is fully lined.
